- 90 days – what do you want to achieve?

All lives and businesses are full of complexity, speed and limited resources. That's why it can be difficult to get an overview, think new things and translate ideas into concrete changes or new products. Solutions need to be designed and invented – not just discussed.

I lead 90-day innovation processes, where together we go from problem to tested prototypes and a decision-ready action plan. The processes are practical, human and effective – and create momentum without losing momentum.


The method has a total of 9 phases. From the definition of the target to the implementation phase. They can be executed from 1-9, but often it is a pendulum process – where participants do not go forward, but also backwards to check the different elements of the process. Many artists work consciously / unconsciously with the corresponding steps when they create and develop new works.


My background and method

  • Artifice innovator (Kunstgrebsinnovatør) and trained actor - A strong creative engine and training in idea development, imagination and precise communication - combined with social sense and a sense of mood.
  • Leadership training and operational experience: Language for management and business understanding, structure, board work and everyday operations.

Experiences – selected courses

  • Rudersdal Municipality: Connection between five physically separate departments (Technology & Environment) – development of courses and workshops.
  • DR2: Development of new program formats in the area between entertainment and substance – boarding process with academics and artists.
  • Hafnia Hallen Valby: Process and workshops for the development of a new hall – interdisciplinary development team (engineer, set designer/painter).
  • DTU – NYMIND workshop: International research course on new methods for indoor climate.
  • Coloplast: Workshop and performance-based talk "From founder to the future" (with actor Janni Faurskov).
  • Conferences: Design and implementation of a program on "The innovative power and effect of artistic work processes in Danish companies".

In short: I combine artistic thinking, pedagogical method and organizational overview - so you get new solutions, stronger collaboration and lasting innovation capacity in 90 days.
